Do you clean after business hours?
Yes. Most commercial cleaning is done between 6pm and 5am, or at weekends. We can also provide day-porter coverage during business hours if you prefer a visible presence.
How is the price calculated?
By the hours the work actually takes: square footage divided by an industry production rate, plus fixed time per restroom and kitchen, adjusted for condition and how often we visit. More frequent service lowers the per-visit rate. Our online calculator uses the same method.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Our standard agreement is month-to-month after the first 90 days, cancellable with 30 days written notice.
How quickly can you start?
Walkthrough within 48 hours, proposal the same week, and service typically begins three to seven days after approval.
What if something is not done right?
Report it within 24 hours and we return to re-clean the area at no cost. Every visit is logged with a signed work order, so we can trace exactly what was done.
